My first experience in the newly remodeled new management store under Daniel Clem was a good experience....I went in to find a part for a dryer and it was an old dryer and the part was going to have to be ordered...I was waited on promptly and the assistance from the associate was above and beyond what I was expecting.... Daniel Clem is a wonderful choice for the position of manager of that store...I will be going back often
Just moved to this area and went into this store for several supplies needed to start some projects. I had a huge list and some ideas of things i might need but was not experienced in what to get or choose. There were several very knowledgeable employees who walked around the store with me and helped me pick out everything needed. Very personable and friendly staff. I have been back several times and will only go to this store for hardware needs in the future. A# to these guys. Great experience.
I live in Locust Fork my wife drives up to get a propane tank filled they tell her they can fill it it still had some in it so she does a exchange she tells me when she walks in the door I could have did this in Locust Fork so I call them the manger said there was a mistake so when I need that tank filled it was on them that was early fall well a couple days before Thanksgiving I call need tank filled manger says come on up he don't remember but he will fill it so I head that way get there mangers gone and employees want do it so I have drove 2 times there and got screwed so I tell everyone I know not to go there they don't care about the customer!!!!
